Enrollment & Registration
Eligibility:
Courses are available to individuals who fulfill the required qualifications and meet age criteria defined per course.
Registration Process:
Enrollment requires accurate form submission and full payment with documentation as mandated by the institute.
Student ID:
Each registered learner receives a unique ID used for access, tracking progress, and certifications.
Profile Accuracy:
Students are responsible for providing and updating correct contact and identification details.
Age Requirement:
Age limits may apply to specific courses and must be verified during admission.
Parental Consent:
Enrollments for minors must be approved by a parent or guardian with valid proof.
Profile Verification:
The institute may request ID verification at any point to ensure authenticity of students.
Group Discounts:
Bulk enrollments may be eligible for special pricing subject to terms and availability.
Demo Class:
Certain courses offer limited demo access. Participation doesn't ensure full course entry.
Waitlist Policy:
Full batches may maintain waitlists, but enrollment is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Payment & Fees
Payment Methods:
Students can pay via UPI, net banking, cards, or any approved method listed during checkout.
Payment Gateway:
Secure payment gateways are used. No sensitive payment details are stored by the institute.
GST Invoice:
GST-compliant invoices are provided for each payment. Students can download them from their dashboard.
Payment Schedule:
Installment-based courses must be paid on or before the due dates to maintain access.
Late Payments:
Overdue payments may result in account suspension or course removal until dues are cleared.
Payment Failures:
Failed transactions must be retried or alternate methods must be used for successful enrollment.
Fee Disputes:
Any incorrect deductions must be reported within 7 days to claim resolution.
Currency:
All payments are in INR unless otherwise stated. International users should convert accordingly.
Refund Criteria:
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Exceptions are rare and conditional.
Chargebacks:
Chargebacks without institute consent will trigger legal and account-related actions.
Course Policies
Course Completion:
Certification requires successful completion of all required assessments and learning modules.
Attendance Requirement:
Some courses require minimum attendance percentage to qualify for certification.
Batch Timings:
Course timing adjustments will not be entertained except under approved special cases.
Course Materials:
All materials are copyrighted and meant for personal learning only.
Course Review:
Institute may periodically revise course content for relevance and updated information.
Cancellation Policy:
The institute reserves the right to cancel batches due to low participation with full refund.
Temporary Suspension:
Temporary access suspension may occur for platform maintenance or updates.
Course Transfer:
Transfers between batches or programs are allowed case-by-case and based on availability.
Paid Features:
Value-added services like career support may carry additional fees.
Extra Charges:
Courier services for certificates or physical material delivery may be separately chargeable.
